Koch Equity Development’s (KED) Acquisition of iconectiv
In 2024 KED signed an agreement to acquire iconectiv and the sale was completed on August 22, 2025. KED previously invested in the communications market when it acquired Transaction Network Services, Inc. (TNS), an industry leader in call authentication and robocall mitigation services, in 2021. Beginning January 1, 2026, KED will transition certain iconectiv platforms to TNS while three solutions will remain under iconectiv.
Customers whose commercial platforms transition to TNS can expect seamless integration with access to a broader product portfolio and deeper resources, along with continuity of service and engagement with familiar teams, supported by transparent updates on any process changes.
